Transactions on the Website

Online payment is made via FPX transaction or bank transfer for purchase of IMLC tickets.

Cancellations and Refunds

Full payment must be made before the scheduled event to secure the registration. Any unpaid registrations after such time will be automatically cancelled, and individuals will need to re-register on the website with payments provided immediately, to attend the event.

All cancellation requests must be made via email. A refund (excluding any charges imposed by the payment service providers) will be granted if the cancellation request is received at least 5 working days before the scheduled event.

No refunds will be granted if the request is received fewer than 5 working days before the scheduled event.

Any cancellation requests received fewer than 5 working days before the scheduled event (or after the event date has passed) due to an extenuating circumstance(s) may be reviewed by the IMLC 2022 Organising Committee, who would then recommend an appropriate action that may include a partial or full refund.

If the Organiser cancels the event, registrants would be extended a full refund of their registration fee, excluding any charges imposed by the payment service providers.

Registrants may request to transfer their registration to another person via email at least 5 working days before the scheduled event. No changes are allowed once such time has elapsed.

If you have made a booking for accommodation, you are responsible for cancelling the booking. The Malaysian Bar takes no responsibility for any financial penalties you may incur.

The IMLC 2022 Organising Committee reserves the right to modify the programme without prior notice, and shall accept no liability for any loss or inconvenience as a result of any amendment.
