(1) Registration Categories (Early Bird Registration Fees)

(a) Member of the Malaysian Bar* | RM1,560

(b) Member of the Malaysian Bar (fewer than seven years in practice)* | RM1,320

(c) Pupil in Chambers | RM840

(d) Law Student (registered with a Malaysian college / university)** | RM840

(e) Member of International Bar Associations / Law Societies*** | RM2,400 / USD680

(f) Non-Member | RM3,000 / USD850

(g) Accompanying Person (non-delegate) | RM840 / USD240

*Members of the Malaysian Bar refer to advocates and solicitors of the High Court of Malaya who hold a valid Sijil Annual and practising certificate for the year 2026.

**Law students refer to individuals who hold a valid student ID for the year 2026 issued by a Malaysian college or university confirming enrolment in a Bachelor of Laws programme (whether a local degree or a twinning programme).

***Members of international bar associations or law societies refer to individuals who hold a valid membership for the year 2026 with a recognised bar association or law society in a foreign jurisdiction outside Malaysia. 

(2) Early Bird

Early bird registration fee is applicable until 31 July 2026 only.

(3) Accompanying Person

An accompanying person is only entitled to attend the Welcome Cocktail Reception (27 Oct 2026); Opening Ceremony (28 Oct 2026); Raja Aziz Addruse Memorial Lecture (28 Oct 2026); and Closing Ceremony (30 Oct 2026).  An accompanying person is not entitled to attend any other conference session, lunches provided for registered conference delegates or the Celebration Dinner (unless a separate ticket has been purchased).

(4) Group Discounts

Group discounts for the delegate passes are available when multiple individuals from the same law firm or organisation or state bar committee register simultaneously:

(a) 5% (3 to 5 persons);

(b) 7% (6 to 10 persons); or

(c) 10% (11 persons and above).

Group discounts cannot be combined with other promo codes or discounts.  They are valid for domestic and international ticket purchases.

(5) What Is Included in the Conference Registration?

(a) Access to all conference sessions;

(b) Conference materials, including any available speakers’ papers (subject to speakers’ consent);

(c) Welcome Cocktail Reception on 27 Oct 2026;

(d) Opening Ceremony on 28 Oct 2026;

(e) Lunch from 28 to 30 Oct 2026;

(f) Coffee, tea and light refreshments served during conference sessions and scheduled breaks;

(g) Closing Ceremony on 30 Oct 2026; and

(h) Conference Sporting Event on 30 Oct 2026.

Please note that accommodation, flights, visas and tickets to the Celebration Dinner are not included in the conference registration.

(6) Continuing Professional Development (“CPD”)

Members of the Malaysian Bar and pupils in chambers that attend all sessions of IMLC 2026 will be eligible to claim 16 CPD points.

(7) Language

All sessions and conference materials will be available in English.
